Join our Higher Apprenticeship scheme and secure an amazing future with us – one of the region’s most dynamic manufacturing and engineering businesses

Now in its 11th year, our Apprenticeship Scheme is one of the most successful in the region.  Each year we recruit between 15 and 20 Apprentices across the Bri-Stor Group (Alpha Manufacturing and Bri-Stor Systems)  and we remain entirely committed to the ongoing development of our Apprenticeship Scheme.

In recognition of our significant growth in the last two years we are formally launching our Higher Apprenticeship Scheme, in partnership with leading training providers, giving even greater opportunities to local students seeking a dynamic and exciting career in our Group.

While the vast majority of Apprentices join us after GCSEs we have a proven track record of developing and nurturing Higher Apprentices too.  Meet Jess Thompson and Gemma Smith, who both graduated as Higher Apprentices in 2020.

This year we will be recruiting nine Higher Apprentices across a number of functions within the Group.  As with our Apprenticeship Scheme, we are partnering with a number of leading providers to support us in the delivery of our Higher Apprenticeship programme ensuring that the work element of the Scheme is matched by a high-quality learning experience

How long will my training last and what qualifications do I need to apply?

This is entirely dependent on the Higher Apprenticeship you choose.  But here’s some information that will guide you in the right direction and a link to the specific course:
