Welding

Alpha Manufacturing offer a range of welding solutions from MIG and TIG welding to arc and spot for aluminium, mild steel and stainless steels. Our trained specialist welders are qualified to minimum standard BS4872.

 

We have 10 dedicated MIG & TIG welding stations that are flexible enough to handle components upto 6 metres long.

 

In addition we have 2 spot welding facilities with the ability to apply spot welds to assemblies upto 6mm thick.

 

To offer a fully finished welded assembly we also have 2 linishing stations with full table extraction. Welds can be either simple dressed or barrel linished for a fine finish.
